Design, at its best, is deeply collaborative. The best solutions are often buried in hard-to-reach places, and getting to them means bringing the right people into the process, not working it out alone.

It also means shaping the way a team or company works, so design and research are baked into how it plans and operates, rather than treated as an afterthought.

I've had the privilege of doing this everywhere from small startups to large-scale financial organisations.

As my career has developed, product strategy has become a bigger part of my work, but the craft hasn't gone anywhere. I'm still deeply connected to the craft of great design, and to helping companies make the choices that let great design happen..
